Pricing
Payment
- Fees are paid monthly in advance
- We require 3 months’ notice to changes to sessions or contract terminations
- We accept all major child care vouchers
- We accept the following payment methods: credit/ debit card, BACS, cheques
- University of Kent staff may join the Salary Sacrifice scheme by contacting the Human Resources department
Contracts
Our Contracts, terms and conditions are defined as:
- Regular childcare contract
- For University and Kent Union staff, and children in receipt of Early Years Education Grant funding who attend additional hours (all year round)
- Student contract
- For University of Kent students, 38 weeks. We are offering a limited number of term time only places for University of Kent Students, on a first come first served basis.
- Funded contract
- For children who are only attending for their Early Years Education Grant entitlement
